Answers to Your Catering Questions
Is there a fee for cancellations on catering orders?
For advance orders cancelled within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the subtotal.
Is there a minimum catering order size?
We recommend at least ten people for an order but we do offer catering salads for groups as small as five. Whatever you need, we got you.
What dietary restriction or preferences do you cater to?
All of them. If there are any vegans, vegetarians, or gluten-free diners in your group, just communicate with us and we will help select the options that will please everyone.
What about accommodating allergies?
We recognize the seriousness of food allergies and will do everything in our power to accommodate special circumstances.Given the nature of our business, we are unable to guarantee that any menu item is 100% free from any allergen or ingredient.We cannot assume any responsibility for guests with allergies or sensitivities, even if our team has been notified in advance. When it comes to allergies, we want to be 100% transparent on our limitations even though we will do everything we can to accommodate.
Are utensils and bowls included?
We happily provide all the things you need for your event: bowls, serving spoons, utensils, and napkins, unless otherwise requested.
Are catering items labeled?
We clearly label all of our items and can label by individual name if needed!
Do I have to place my catering order online or can I speak to someone?
We’ve got options. Call your favorite store directly, email catering@simplysalad.com, or simply order online at www.simplysalad.com/order.
What portion sizes do you offer for catering?
Individual salads are portioned for either 5 or 10 people. Wrap platters can be assembled for orders of greater than 10 wraps, with each one being cut in half. We also offer family-style salad bars with bowls of all the individual greens, toppings, and dressings you need to build your own! Please see catering menu for details.
What is your catering delivery fee and radius?
For delivery of our catering orders, we charge a fee of $20 to cover our costs. Delivery radius is generally 5 miles from one of our locations and if you fall outside of that range, please call your local store to see if we can accommodate you!
How can I add on or modify a catering order I have already placed?
Last minute changes? Don’t worry about it. Please call your local store to confirm the changes and we’ll handle the rest!
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order.
