Online Orders: I’m having a hard time redeeming an offer in the mobile app. Can you help?
We’ve seen this one before, don’t worry. To redeem an offer in the mobile app, build your cart as normal and at checkout, click the ‘Apply Available Offers’ button at the top of the page and select the offer you’d like to apply.
Online Orders: I’ve got an offer for a specific item discount but the app won’t let me redeem it. Can you help?
In order to redeem an offer for a specific item, that item must be in your shopping cart. If you have an offer for a free drink, that drink must be in your shopping cart. If you have a BOGO offer for a salad, make sure you have TWO salads in your cart. If you have an offer for a discount on a soup, a soup must be in your shopping cart.
Online Orders: Why doesn’t your mobile app automatically apply discounts for points?
Our app doesn’t do this because there are multiple different offers available at any given time and it’s impossible for us to know what offer you’d like to redeem!
Online Orders: I’ve been logged out of my mobile app and am trying to reset my password but can’t get back in. Can you help?
If you can’t get back into your account, please first check your spam filter on your email for the password reset notification. If you still do not receive the reset email, send us a note at contact@simplysalad.com and we’ll troubleshoot.
Why do you chop your salads?
We believe that chopped salads taste better for a few reasons:
1) When salads are chopped up to order, the sights, smells and flavors of all the fresh ingredients blend together in the best version of themselves;
2) Instead of eating all the good stuff on your first 4-5 bites and then having to eat lettuce by itself for the rest, we believe that chopping the salads up fresh allows our guests to have a little bit of everything in every bite; and
3) Chopped salads are easier to eat on the go! No need to try to mix all the ingredients and toppings yourself. Just stick your fork in and enjoy!
Do you take phone orders?
No, but we do offer options to order many different ways: through our website, mobile app, in-person, and on 3rd party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub). We used to take phone orders in the past, but there were too many issues with orders being taken incorrectly over the phone and as a result we discontinued this practice.
Is nutritional information available for menu items?
Yes! At the bottom of our homepage you’ll see a link for ‘Nutritional Information’ where you can download and find what you’re looking for.
Do you participate in sponsorships or fundraisers?

Are gift cards offered?
Yes! Gift cards can be purchased at any of our locations or done online via our mobile app or website. Give the gift of Simply Salad to your friends and family!!!
What are your food handling suggestions?
To optimize freshness, quality, and safety, food should be consumed or refrigerated ASAP. Any leftovers for tomorrow should be refrigerated.
I lost my receipt; can I get a copy?
For any digital order, please check the email you used to place the order. If you used a 3rd party delivery platform, the receipt is listed on the order section of the respective app. If you ordered in person and are looking for a physical receipt, please email us at contact@simplysalad.com with the date, time, and amount of your check with an image of the bank charge. With this information we’ll be able to send you the relevant details!
