Online Orders: I’ve got an offer for a specific item discount but the app won’t let me redeem it. Can you help?
In order to redeem an offer for a specific item, that item must be in your shopping cart. If you have an offer for a free drink, that drink must be in your shopping cart. If you have a BOGO offer for a salad, make sure you have TWO salads in your cart. If you have an offer for a discount on a soup, a soup must be in your shopping cart.
Online Orders: Why doesn’t your mobile app automatically apply discounts for points?
Our app doesn’t do this because there are multiple different offers available at any given time and it’s impossible for us to know what offer you’d like to redeem!
