Our 9th and Hope store is in South Park, the Downtown LA neighborhood that runs down toward LA Live and Crypto.com Arena. It is a Financial District lunch store on weekdays and an event store at night, because when there is a game or a show, people want something real to eat that is not a two hour sit down meal. If you are looking for a fresh chopped salad in Downtown LA near 9th & Hope, this is it. Every salad is chopped to order at the counter, so every bite has dressing on it instead of the last few being dry. Unlike a lot of downtown lunch spots, we keep weekend hours too, open from 11am on Saturday and Sunday.

Everything is chopped to order. Take a signature or build your own.
The El Jefe:
Romaine, grilled chicken, kidney beans, tortilla strips, grilled corn, pepper jack, grape tomatoes and avocado. Spicy chipotle or cilantro lime vinaigrette.
The Get Your Greek On:
Simply Salad Mix and arugula, grilled steak, crumbled feta, cucumber, grape tomato, garbanzo beans, pita chips and red onion. Mediterranean ranch, Italian or balsamic.
Caesar:
Romaine, house croutons and shredded parmesan. Add grilled chicken, shrimp or salmon.
Wraps and soup:
Any signature can be rolled into a wrap if you are eating on the move. Soup is on the menu too, and soup and salad together is the order once the evenings cool off.

Start with your greens, then pile on the proteins, veggies, cheeses and crunchy add-ons you want, and finish with any dressing on the menu. We chop it all to order, your salad, made exactly how you want it.
Build Your Own Salad at 9th & Hope in Downtown LA
This is the salad bar, and it is why people come back time after time. Start with your greens: romaine, arugula, kale, baby spinach, or our Simply Salad Mix. Pick five toppings. Choose a dressing. Add a protein if you want it to hold you to dinner: grilled chicken, grilled steak, salmon, seared ahi tuna or tamari tofu.Then it gets chopped. Everything down to bite size, dressing folded all the way through. Thirty extra seconds at the counter, and it is the difference between a salad and a pile of leaves.

Pickup and delivery are available from our 9th & Hope location in Downtown LA when you want to order ahead. Ordering ahead is worth it at the lunch rush, when the line reaches the door and even outside!
Catering at 9th & Hope in Downtown LA
We cater office lunches, team meetings and events across DTLA. Individual salads come portioned for 5 or 10 people, and we bring the serving spoons, utensils and napkins with them. Everything arrives labeled, and we can label by individual name if you send us the list. Call the store or start with the catering menu.
Finding the Store
Getting to Our 9th/Hope Location
Our Downtown LA salad location is at 645 W 9th St in South Park, close to LA Live, Crypto.com Arena and the 7th Street/Metro Center station. FIDM is right around the corner, the 7th Street and Metro Center station is about a quarter mile north, and LA Live and Crypto.com Arena are both under half a mile south west, which makes us an easy stop before a game or a show. Grand Hope Park is close by. Parking is downtown parking although we do have subterranean paid parking in our building, so order ahead on the app if you are on a schedule or don’t want to pay for parking.
